Hospice Support of Fauquier County

Hospice is a concept of compassionate care which places priority on the patient’s dignity, comfort, and quality of life. We work collaboratively with attending physicians, medical hospices, clergy, and other support agencies to provide a continuum of patient care. Our services are not restricted by age, medical treatment, finances, or time. Our volunteers receive many hours of training in order to meet the emotional, spiritual, social, and practical needs of the patient. We provide a medical equipment loan closet and individual and group bereavement counseling. We do not charge a fee for services, and do not receive any reimbursement from insurances, Medicare, or Medicaid. We rely solely on donations from individuals, grants, businesses, and other religious and civic organizations. Help us meet the needs of our growing aging population in Fauquier County.
