Fauquier County 4-H

By participating in our 4-H clubs, youth learn leadership, citizenship, and life skills while participating in experiential learning opportunities, participating in community service, and serving in leadership roles within the club. Our Cloverbud club is for ages five through eight and provides hand-on experience to learn about livestock, poultry, grains, and farm life. Our Horse club is for ages nine through eighteen and introduces members to horseback riding, horse care, and maintenance, with the ultimate goal being that the members can take care of, groom, ride, and show their own horses. Lastly, our Livestock club is for ages nine through eighteen. Youth work with cattle, goats, sheep, dairy cows and focus on the care of these animals as well as competitive events. Help our youth learn leadership, citizenship and life skills.
